One of the most respected U.S. allies reversed itself surprisingly last week. Back home from the Geneva Conference, New Zealand's External Affairs Minister Clifton Webb told Parliament that Red China should now be admitted to the U.N., "in an endeavor to drive a diplomatic wedge between Red China and Russia."
