Doing its bit to make servicemen in Korea security-conscious, the armed forces radio in Japan broadcast the first results of a new slogan contest. One of the shortest slogans, contributed by Major General Walter Weible of the Logistical Command: "Shut up." Another from Sergeant First Class Robert Newcomer: "The two best relatives what am—Anti-Rumor and Uncle Sam."
