COMMUNISTS "Some Monstrous Method"
Josip Tito added his authoritative opinion last week to those who think the Kremlin has a secret method of extracting confessions from its victims. In a speech to the Yugoslav army, Tito said that Laszlo Rajk, former Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs, had been taken to Moscow after his arrest in June and trained to confess in his treason trial, held in Budapest last month.
