Canada took another step toward financial independence of the U.S. last week. Last summer she had purchased (for $76,800,000) all the U.S.built airfields on the staging routes to Europe and Asia. But there still remained in Canada vast amounts of U.S. propertymovable and immovable, useful and useless. Now the two good neighbors agreed that:
