Because of a picture showing English girls on skittish terms with Italian prisoners doing farm work in Britain (see cut), M.P.s last week loosed an attack on Britain's new (since July) Minister of Information, redheaded, brilliant Brendan Bracken. Britain's censorship makes a distinction between military information of value to the enemy and matter which might be bad for morale at home and prestige abroad.
