Sport: Thunderer in the Bleachers

A typically British but kindly view of baseball was taken last week by the London Times. Having seen & heard much baseball by U.S. troops, the Times deposed:

"Baseball, though superficially it looks simple, is in fact in its subtleties and finer points by no manner of means easy to understand.
