The young woman who is shown making adjustments is trifling with a g-rt-r, a lubricous article of dress which may never again enliven the U.S. screen. Reason: last week it joined the sw—t-r on the black list of the Hays office.* In desperation at the recent Hays crackdown on leg art, Hollywood publicity cameramen have taken to shooting backsides, which are still within the law. Cracked one harried publicity agent: "Gee, if this keeps up, we'll just have to shoot pictures of girls in the nude."
