Leslie Charles Bowyer Lin, whose father is a Chinese surgeon in Singapore, whose mother is an Englishwoman, whose small daughter (like himself) is a British subject, whose present wife is a U.S. citizen, last week awaited Senate action on a special bill the House had just passed to make him and daughter U.S. citizens.
