Religion: Mr. Hearst Inspires

As every priest, parson and rabbi knows, there is more than one way to fill a church. The National Committee for Religion and Welfare Recovery knows several. Founded more than three years ago, this committee has sponsored Loyalty Days every autumn with the object of filling U. S. Catholic, Jewish and Protestant churches. Last week, in collaboration with the Golden Rule Foundation, it launched a series of Brotherhood Days in a dozen cities. For the first time, the committee's efforts got some enthusiastic publicity.
