Leon Trotsky declared in Mexico City last week, "I believe that a group of Stalin agents headed by 'The Mink' has arrived in Mexico, plotting to kill me."

"The Mink" is notorious George Mink, alias Minkoff, who, according to the U. S. State Department, has a valid U. S. passport. He worked for Yellow Cab Co. in Philadelphia from 1928 until 1933.
