To the members of the American Dietetic Association who, in Cleveland last week, expected him to say something prodigious to help them in their jobs of supervising menus in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, schools and relief kitchens, Western Reserve's able Professor Thomas Wingate Todd declared: "There are three criteria of a stomach that is up to its job: 1) a mind free from fog; 2) an abdomen free from discomfort; 3) a sleep free from dreams."
