With the Radical Madrid Cabinet's spokesmen proposing last week to set up, in case of victory, something between a Socialist republic and an out-and-out Communist dictatorship in Spain, the aims of the opposing White armies were stated at Seville by Generalissimo Francisco Franco: "What are the main objects of our Revolution? These consist in the establishment of a military dictatorship to last as long as is necessary to restore order and national economy respect of life and propertygovernmental authority and the religion that is traditional in Spain.
"We shall respect all social laws...
