To a rehabilitation fund raised after earthquakes lately damaged Helena, Mont., $3,100 was contributed by distillers Seagrams, National Distillers, Glenmore Distillers, Beng & Sons, George L. Tracy, Bertoglio & McTaggart. Of the $3,100, $150 was offered to, and gratefully accepted by, a Lutheran Church; $500 by St. Joseph's Orphanage House of the Good Shepherd. Last week St. Paul's Methodist Deaconess Home declined $500, announcing that "considering the source, it is impossible to accept."
