Art: Barter Academy

It has been in existence over a month, but only last week did press & public learn of New York's Academy of Arts. Immediately the Academy's bulletin board burgeoned like jonquils in an Alpine meadow with yellow telegrams of congratulation from Pennsylvania's Gifford Pinchot. Critic George Jean Nathan, Photographer Arnold Genthe, dozens of others.
