Foreign News: Finland

The Government of Finland was authorized through its President, Kaarlo Juho Stahlberg, to arrange the funding of Finland's debt to the United States, according to the terms laid down in the tentative agreement reached with the American Debt Funding Commission by the Finnish Minister at Washington.

The amount of the debt, inclusive of interest to Nov. 15, 1922, is $9,294,362. The terms under which Finland will repay her indebtedness are similar to those granted to Britain.
