to German official figures, 50 citizens have been killed by the
French in what the press describes as Three Months of Ruhr War. It is
also stated that only 238,000 tons of coal and coke were extracted from
the Ruhr, as against 4,200,000 tons that would have otherwise been
paid on account of reparations.
