A new 26-member center-left coalition Cabinet put together by Christian Democratic Premier Aldo Moro was sworn in by President Giuseppe Saragat in Rome's Quirinale Palace last week. There was practically no difference between this Cabinet and the last, which fell 33 days before. Nonetheless, Italy applauded, and the Milan stock market surged to a new three-year high.
