THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF VIOLATION OF THE HONOR CODE BY 90 CADETS U.S. MILITARY ACADEMY WAS A PROFOUND SHOCK TO US ... MORE DEPLORABLE IS THE FACT THAT SUBJECT HAS BECOME CONTROVERSIAL ISSUE IN PRESS AND AMONG OUR PEOPLE.
