NEW JERSEY: Get a Horse

Long-suffering U.S. motorists got an ounce of revenge last week. Accused of poking along a busy New Jersey highway at 15 to 20 m.p.h., piling up a four-mile jam of honking cars behind him, William Mantone, 51 and a tile-setter, was hauled into court, fined $5 for careless driving, plus $3 in court costs.
