ADVERTISING: Psychological Warfare

"To underscore the soundness of the country's economy," the Advertising Council, a nonprofit organization, last week announced a four-month antirecession campaign. Corporations and business organizations will sponsor $15 million worth of ads in magazines, newspapers, on radio and TV, stressing the theme "Your Future Is Great in a Growing America."
