¶ In a letter to Bishop S.K. Mondol, president of the Christian Council of India and Pakistan, India's Prime Minister Nehru spelled out his stand on foreign Christian missionaries. They are not, he said, "considered by us from the point of view of Christianity but [as] foreigners coming to India . . .
