Last week, the fleetest greyhounds money could buy congregated at Abilene, Kans. to race in the U.S. Challenge Cup. It was dogdom's Kentucky Derby, run over a green carpet of young Kansas wheat about two miles from Dwight Eisenhower's boyhood home.
