Education: Students Wanted

Well aware of the overcrowding of U.S. colleges, New York's Governor Thomas E. Dewey had forehandedly set up three emergency colleges on abandoned Army & Navy sites to help handle the overflow.* And by last week the Associated Colleges of Upper New York had a faculty of 225 all signed up. The question was: would the faculty members have enough students to keep them busy?
