¶ Almost unnoticed by the numbed consumer, meat prices crawled to an alltime high. In New York City last week the average for porterhouse steak was $1.03 a pound, for round steak $1.00. ¶ In Michigan City, Ind., Mrs. Margaret Agnew, 33, had her dentist arrested for assault and battery.
