Tulsa had never known a politician like Roy Lundy. Salty, 70-year-old Mr. Lundy, a lumberman, got into politics by accident. Two months ago, he went to a police station to bail out one of his truck drivers who had been arrested for reckless driving. The police refused to accept his check for $100.
