In France's austere Consultative Assembly last week, Resistance Leader Robert Pimienta argued that women should have the same right as men to become Justices. "After all," he said, "in all the callings of this life there is but little difference between man and woman."
Voices from the back benches: "Tres bien pour la petite difference] Hurrah for the little difference!" French Assembly members, male & female, cheered lustily.*
