U.S. At War: The People, No


A majority of the U.S. does not blame the German people for wartime atrocities that Germany has committed. So reported the University of Denver's National Opinion Research Center last week. Of those polled, only 38% believe that both the German people and the Nazi leaders are guilty; 58% blame Nazi leaders alone.
