To Gibraltar last week the Rightist Government sent an official announcement that El Caudillo Francisco Franco has expelled from Rightist Spain Francis Xavier Charles Marie Anne Joseph, Prince of Bourbon-Parma, Carlist pretender to Spain's vanished throne.*
