The members of the Norfolk (Va.) Philatelic Society met, last fortnight, in a blaze of indignation. Beneath their very noses a local dealer was flaunting a sheet of 200 Mother's Day stamps, unperforated, ungummed, and autographed by James Aloysius Farley.
