¶ Passed the 10,000,000,000 mark budget (TIME, Jan. 30).
¶ Passed incidentally the bill providing that a 10,000-ton cruiser shall be constructed at a cost of 80,000,000 marks, to become, in popular parlance "Germany's one battle ship."
¶ Dissolved and dispersed throughout the Reich to begin campaigning for the general election of May 20.
