The latest immigrant from Moscow to arrive at Tiflis was Ivanovitch
Rykov, President of the Council of Commissars. He and War Lord Trotzky
will strive to recuperate in the warm climes of sunny Georgia, one of
the Caucasian Republics.
In Rykov's absence, MM. Kamenev and Tsurupa will exercise the functions
of the Presidency.
