¶. Amended the Senate's flood control bill and passed it 254 to 91; sent it to conference (see below).

¶. Passed a bill authorizing construction of an office building for the Pan-American Union.

¶. Passed the bill conferring the Distinguished Flying Cross on the crew of the Bremen. C. Debated farm relief.
