T-Men (Eagle-Lion) is a semi-documentary about a couple of U.S. Treasury agents on the trail of a counterfeit gang. It was obviously put together without much time or money to spare, and as often happens under such circumstances, vitality and unpretentiousness get a chance to exert themselves. The result is a nice, brisk, intelligent little B-plus melodrama, far more real and entertaining than the general run.
