a worried letter from a Michigan resident who had read of Premier
Maurice Duplessis' all-out campaign against Jehovah's Witnesses (TiME,
Dec. 16). The letter writer, who was planning a Canadian tour, asked :
"Is it safe for a Protestant to travel in Quebec?"
