Medicine: Doctor's Exchange

In Rutledge, Tenn., Country Doctor L. C. Bryan last week received permission from the state utilities commission to install dial phones and enlarge the local telephone exchange (230 miles of line, 195 subscribers). Dr. Bryan has been managing Rutledge's telephone system since 1936. Before that, his patients had trouble getting him in a hurry.
