The Lublin radio, in a Yiddish broadcast, announced last week that it had been decided to create a camp for Germans "and members of the German ethnical group" in the former Warsaw ghetto. The camp would be "a place of isolation on which everybody would look with disgust, a place to house those who wanted to murder and rape the entire world, a camp for men who have no right to the name of man but should be called beasts."
