Another door marked "For Men Only" was painted over last week. Amiable, comfortably built Hope Seignious, 26, stepped through the door into Milwaukee's North Shore Country Club, set up shop as a full-fledged woman golf pro. She will give lessons, mend shattered shafts, sell equipment, hire & fire caddies, handle the handicap board. Said she: "Why not?" Except for some instinctive throat-clearing and mutters, North Shore club members could not think of an answer.
