In a one-room frame shack at the corner of Cow Trail Boulevard and Coo-Wee-Scoo-Wee Avenue, in Oolagah, Okla., Editor Bill Hoge (who is also Oolagah's only barber) last week brought out his last issue of Oozings, "the world's most unusual weekly newspaper." Although Oozings (circulation: 1,136) printed some of the tallest tales ever told, was read in 40 States and seven foreign countries, Bill said: "The danged thing just wouldn't pay."
