Quincy S. Treagre, manager of a peanut store in Grand Rapids, Mich., reported to police last fortnight that a gunman had robbed his place. He set his loss at $75. That figure appeared in newspaper accounts of the stickup. Last week Police Chief Frank J. O'Malley received an anonymous letter, which was soon published also. Text:
