II Duce postulated that "Bolshevism is only super-Capitalism of a State carried to the most ferocious extreme. . . . The time has come to put an end to it!" He postulated further: "If there is a country where concrete, real and substantial Democracy has been realized, this country is Italy of the Fascist era!"...
