Education: Budget Meeting

In Madison the regents of the University of Wisconsin met last week to consider a proposal by budget-balancing President Glenn Frank to up tuition fees from $55 to a minimum of $70. Sidetracking the proposal, the regents voted instead to cut President Frank's salary from $16,320 to $15,000.
