RUSSIA: A Glorious Fourth

At the U.S. Embassy in Moscow Ambassador William Standley gave a rousing Fourth of July party. The guests, Americans and Russians, enjoyed: hot dogs with buns and mustard; punch with vodka; a Russian orchestra presenting a concert of American music, including Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue and a Shostakovich arrangement of When Johnny Comes Marching Home.
