> A 50-page monthly picture magazine, En Guardia ("For the Defense of the Americas"), was sent to 80,000 leading citizens of Latin America (special leather-bound copies went to Latin America's 20 Presidents). Publisher: Nelson Rockefeller's Committee on Inter-American Affairs.
