An air-raid alarm for the private home, estimated price $15, was last week demonstrated by R.C.A. President David Sarnoff to Civilian Defense Director Fiorello LaGuardia. The gadget: a box the size of a portable radio which rings a bell and flashes a light when a radio warning signal is sent out.
