Berlin officials last week announced the latest of Adolf Hitler's grandiose industrial plans for the New World Orderthe complete cartelization of the European automobile industry. It was said that on June 5 German, Italian and French automobile builders would meet in Paris to fix standard models and production quotas. U.S.automotive exporters, whose production is curtailed 20% for 1942 models in favor of defense, were free to draw their own conclusions.
