Its site: Harvey, Ill. Its builder: the 60-year-old Buda (pronounced bewda) Co., a Diesel-building pioneer. Its product: a Diesel for U. S. Army tanks. The reason this plant reached full production last week was that an oil wildcatter was willing to take a chance.
