INDIA: Disappointment at New Delhi

Sir Victor Alexander John Hope, Marquess of Linlithgow, Earl of Hopetoun, Viscount Aithrie and Baron Hope sprained his ankle last week. The accident obliged him to cancel all engagements "involving standing or walking."
