Strapping Fred W. Meyenborg, president of the Merchant Tailors Society of the City of New York, last week sounded a Recovery note. He announced that businessmen will be in good physical shape to handle increased business, when it comes. Reason: Their average waist measure is smaller than it was in 1929.
