In Callander, Ont. last week Mr. & Mrs. Oliva Dionne and all their twelve children, including the quintuplets, received the blessing of Pope Pius XI, brought from Vatican City by onetime President Frank Blied of the Catholic Central Verein. Said Mr. Blied: "By the grace of God, this is a blessing to the entire community. This is a different theory than birth control. This is the emancipation of humanity."
