In residential Ridgewood, N. J., Mayor Frank D. Livermore got tired of seeing pickets of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen's Union (A. F. of L.) trudging up & down in front of the Charles F. Wenger stores carrying angry strike signs. Last week, Mayor Livermore submitted to his borough commission a new idea for restricting picketing.
